For independent CPG brands

Gildway puts all your data in one live record and shows you what to do next, on two levels: Whitespace: more from the doors you have.Greenfield: the best doors you don’t have yet.You approve every step.

Illustration: one Gildway route runs from your production site to the shelves of a town, a state and many states, while data points on every step (ERP, point of sale, retailer portals, distributor, inventory, syndicated data, ecommerce) feed one live Gildway record.

Follow one product from production to shelf.

Illustrative: one Durham cold brew brand, from production site to new shelves.

Everything in between is us.

Your can on the left, a store shelf on the right.

  1. Nothing is sent, no store is added and nothing ships without your say. Gildway’s actions are drawn in saffron, yours in ink.
  2. At rest: your can at your production site, a closed saffron Gildway box, and the same can on a store shelf.
  3. Look inside: the box opens, your can drops in, and five layers rise, Connect to Route. The sixth step, Place, happens on the shelf.
  4. Connect: a list headed Your data ticks off retailer portals, spreadsheets, ERP, distributor portal, ecommerce, syndicated data and WhatsApp, the reorders buyers send by message, and a curved wire runs from each one into a laptop, with data travelling along it. The laptop shows your spec sheet: a shelf-stable 12 fl oz can, 12 cans a case, wholesale and SRP set by you. Your can stands on the layer in front. The brand makes 6,000 cans a month and is in 14 stores today. It starts with a kick-off session with Gildway, so Gildway has everything it needs.
  5. Understand: the same list is wired into one knowledge graph around your brand, with six nodes: Customers, Products, Production, Costs, Inventory and Sales. Retailer portals feed Customers, spreadsheets feed Products, the ERP feeds Production and Costs, the distributor portal feeds Inventory, and ecommerce, syndicated data and WhatsApp orders feed Sales on one shared lane. Each node lights up as it is fed: one synced record, read by every report and AI tool.
  6. Analyze: Gildway pairs your data with market demand. Durham, your production site, sits in the middle of a tiled map drawn to scale, with one faint ring in miles. Demand shows inside the tiles in purple: a faint wash around Durham, deepest at the best places. Three use cases, each with its top three flagged. Expansion, with rings at 100 and 150 miles: 1 Raleigh, about 25 miles away, where your distributor already delivers; 2 Charlotte and 3 Richmond, both inside 150 miles. Distribution voids, zoomed to a 25-mile ring: three grocers that carry you but miss a SKU; 1 a market in Hillsborough carries Original but not Vanilla; 2 a grocer in Cary; 3 a grocer in Wake Forest. Lapsed accounts: three stores that stopped reordering, drawn as dashed boxes; 1 a co-op in Carrboro, no reorder in 6 weeks; 2 a café in Roxboro; 3 a grocer in Apex. On every tab, deeper purple means a better fit. Each use case suggests one next step: Email your distributor about these 3? Pitch Vanilla to these 3? Check in with these 3? Pressing it only queues it for your approval; nothing is sent.
  7. Outreach:
  8. Route: you choose the shelves, then Gildway plans the routes. No duties between states; illustrative figures.
  9. Place: your can lands on the shelf. You approve each new store.

Tell us what you make, where it sells and what gets in the way.

We reply with the first jobs Gildway would take on for you. Gildway sends nothing without your say.

For example: canned cold brew from Durham, North Carolina, in 14 independent stores, regional grocers next.

How we work

Three weeks on your real data.

  1. Week 1

Ingest your data. Map your operations.

Every source in one live record, plus Gildway’s map of demand, grocers and who supplies them.

  2. Week 2

A pilot run on all your real data.

Measured: what you lost, and what Gildway would have done.

  3. Week 3

    Choose your integration level.

You approve every action, at every level.

    1. MCP packageLeast integrated. Plug and play in the AI tools you already use.
    2. BespokeThe middle ground. The workflows you pick, partly automated.
    3. Operations mapFully centralized. One dashboard; Gildway suggests and executes.
