Centralizing your data

One live record of everything your brand runs on.

Gildway pulls every portal, report and inbox into it, then adds what none of them show: demand by region, where grocers and distribution centers are, and where your followers and online buyers live.

This record is the foundation. From it, Gildway finds the work and does it, two ways:

  • Whitespace: more from the doors you have.
  • Greenfield: doors you don’t have yet.

You approve every step.

From your six systems

  • Retailer portal
  • Distributor portal and depletion reportsDepletions: what your distributor sold to stores
  • Inventory system or ERP
  • Online store
  • Syndicated dataCategory sales by region
  • Master sheet, plus orders by WhatsApp, text and email

Added by Gildway

  • Regional and national demand for your category
  • Where grocers and DCs (distribution centers) are, and who supplies them
  • Your demand signals, mapped: followers by location, ecommerce ship-to ZIPs, sampling results

Your brand lives in six systems. None of them agree.

Each one holds a piece of the business. You reconcile them by hand, and voids, lapsed accounts and new regions slip past.

Product data

Every system names it differently.

Names, sizes and case packs drift from system to system, so every report, buyer deck and AI tool reads a different can.

Examples on this page are illustrative.

  1. Accounts

The master sheet is three weeks behind.

Which warehouses and stores sit behind each distributor lives in their files and in someone’s head.

  2. Voids and reorders

Gaps at stores that carry you go unseen.

Missing SKUs and accounts that stopped reordering surface weeks late, if anyone spots them at all.

  3. Where to grow

Category growth never meets your accounts.

Syndicated data shows where cold brew grows, not which of your stores sit there.

One live record. Then Gildway acts on it.

Every source becomes one record your team and AI tools read, paired with regional and national demand. Gildway reaches buyers and routes orders. You approve every store.

Six sources, the retailer portal, distributor portal, inventory system, online store, syndicated data and master sheet, merge into one Gildway record for Original Cold Brew, a 12 fl oz can in a case of 12, with six names resolved. It shows 2 distributors, 4 warehouses and 14 stores, 3 voids at grocers that already carry you, the co-op with no order in 10 weeks, and cold brew up 18 percent in the Southeast, where Grocer B has 2 voids. Next: 3 buyer emails drafted, waiting for your approval.

What comes next

Two kinds of work, done for you.

Gildway finds the work, writes and sends the emails to buyers and distributor reps, and plans how your product gets to each store. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

  1. Whitespace

More from the doors you have.

Voids (a flavor missing at a store that carries you), out-of-stocks, accounts that stopped reordering, depletion reports nobody reconciled, promo deductions that don’t match.

  2. Greenfield

    Doors you don’t have yet.

A new grocer or region, with its projected margin and the distributor that already serves it. Example: your distributor already delivers to a 4-store grocer in Charlotte where 2,100 of your Instagram followers live (illustrative).
